Rules of the Camping Les Plages de l’Ain


To be allowed to enter, settle, and stay in the natural camping area, it must be authorized by the manager. It is his / her duty to ensure the proper keeping and order of the campsite, as well as the respect of the application of these rules and regulations.

Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them.




Anyone who staying at least one night on the campsite must first submit to the manager his identity documents and complete the formalities required by the police.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them.



Double axle caravans are not allowed on the site.

The tent or caravan and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directions given by the manager.

At the reception desk you will find all the information of the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of refueling, sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the area and various addresses that may be useful. A special box for receiving complaints is available to users. Claims will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as accurate as possible and relate to relatively recent events.



5) Stangled

Stangled are paid to the manager. Their amount is displayed at the entrance of the land and on the rate given to you upon arrival. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the ground.

Campground users are asked to pay their stangled the day before they leave.





Campground users are urged to avoid any noises and discussions that may be disturbing their neighbors.

The sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Closures of doors and chests should be as discreet as possible.

Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They must not be left alone at the campground, and even be locked up, in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible.

The silence must be total between 22h30 and 6h30.



After having been authorized by the manager, visitors will be admitted at the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

The campers who receives them may be required to pay a fee for the extent that the visitor has access to the facilities of the campground. This fee will be displayed at the entrance of the land and on the tariff.

Visitors’ cars are prohibited on the campsite.



Inside the campsite, cars must drive at a maximum speed of 10 Km / h.

Traffic is prohibited between 22h and 7h.

Only cars owned by campers staying at the campground may be driven at the campground. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the arrival of newcomers.




Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene, appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including health.

It is forbidden to throw sewage on the ground or in the gutters. The “caravaneers” must empty their wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose.

Garbage and various types of waste must be sorted and placed in the containers assigned to them.

Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose.

The drying of the linen will be done, if necessary, with the common dryer. However, it is tolerated until 12h near the shelters, on the condition that it is very discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It should never using the trees for the laundry.

Plantations and floral decorations must be respected.

Campers are prohibited from planting nails in trees, cutting branches, planting.

It is also not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any installation must be removable, residents must make the installation free of any equipment during the closure of the campsite, to allow winter maintenance of the parcel.

The location that has been used during the stay must be returned in the state in which the camper found it when it entered the premises.

  1. a) Fire

Open fires (wood, coal, etc …) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions.

In case of fire, immediately notify the campsite manager. An extinguisher is available in the sanitary if necessary.

A first-aid emergency kit is to be requested from the manager.



  1. b) Theft

The manager is responsible for the objects entrusted to him and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper keeps the responsibility for his own installation and must inform the person in charge of the presence of any suspect person. Although guarding is ensured, users of the campground are advised to take the usual precautions for safeguarding their equipment.



No violent or embarrassing games can be organized near the facilities.

Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.



It can not be left unoccupied equipment in the field, only after the agreement of the manager and only at the indicated location.




These rules are posted at the entrance of the campground. It is given to the customer at his request.



The campsite is located in a flood zone and 10 km from the Bugey Nuclear Centrale.




Any client of the campsite must be able to demonstrate that he / she has a principal residence. The sending of mail on the campsite is strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender by the manager.



In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of the other users or does not respect the provisions of the present by-law, the manager will be able, orally or in writing if it deems it necessary, to put in residence the latter to stop the disturbances.

In the event of a serious or repeated infraction of the internal rules and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may appeal to the police.
