Born in the Bresse area, and after his learning period, he worked in different restaurants before owning his restaurant. Leaving after for being buthcher in Nevers, i met him in Chambery after, wenn i a was à rugby trainer for his son at the SOC Rugby. Without no problem of course he became naturally the cook of the Rugby retaurant after. Retired from his professionnel life, he works now in our restaurant with the device i share with him ; « just to enjoy the new daily meetings with my guests »
